4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • A tracking number (linked to carrier websites like China Post, DHL, or FedEx).

  • A link to view real-time updates (e.g., “shipped,” “in transit,” “out for delivery”).

If your tracking shows no updates for 5+ business days, reply to the confirmation email—we’ll investigate promptly.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

We take pride in our packaging, but accidents can happen. Here’s how we’ll help:
